  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place halved baby potatoes in the base of the slow cooker.
  2. Season chicken breasts with ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Whisk cream of chicken soup with chicken broth until smooth and pour over chicken and potatoes.
  4. Cover and cook until the chicken reaches 165°F and the potatoes are tender.
  5. Add shredded cheddar cheese on top and heat briefly until it melts.
