Ingredients

  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup sweet corn
  • 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: cilantro, tortilla chips, cheese

Instructions

  1. Grill the chicken breasts until thoroughly cooked.
  2. Let the chicken rest before slicing.
  3. Combine chopped romaine, sweet corn, black beans, and diced avocado in a large bowl.
