Crispy rolled tortillas filled with a spicy buffalo chicken mixture, perfect for game day or casual dinners.

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 8 small flour or corn tortillas
  • Oil for frying
  • Blue cheese or ranch dressing for dipping

Instructions

  1. Mix cooked shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until well coated.
  2. Lay a tortilla flat and add a portion of the buffalo chicken mixture and some shredded cheese.
  3. Roll the tortilla tightly and secure it with a toothpick if needed.
  4. Heat oil over medium heat in a frying pan and fry the taquitos until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side.

Notes

Use freshly cooked chicken for the best flavor and texture. Avoid overcrowding the pan while frying for even cooking.
