6 hard-boiled eggs
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Paprika for garnish
Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
Cut each hard-boiled egg in half lengthwise. Gently remove the yolks and place them in a medium bowl.
Mash the yolks with a fork until crumb-free. Add mayonnaise, mustard, chili garlic sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Spoon the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.
Lightly dust the filled eggs with paprika and sprinkle chopped green onions on top.
Refrigerate the eggs for at least 15 minutes before serving so they are cold and flavors are set.
