A no-bake, spoonable dessert-salad that blends fresh strawberries, mini marshmallows, whipped topping, and a crunchy graham cracker finish.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed if frozen
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts, optional
  • 1 tablespoon sugar, optional

Instructions

  1. Place the sliced strawberries in a large mixing bowl and sprinkle with sugar. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the mini marshmallows to the strawberries and gently fold them in.
  3. Fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is uniform and fluffy.
  4. Sprinkle in the crushed graham crackers and chopped nuts, and stir carefully to keep crunch.
  5. Serve immediately or chill for 15-30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a nut-free version, omit the nuts or use toasted sunflower seeds. If using homemade whipped cream, stabilize with powdered sugar. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
