  • 1/2 cup strawberry jam
  • 1 cup crushed strawberry-flavored cereal (e.g., Special K Strawberry)
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter with both granulated and brown sugars until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in the strawberry jam, crushed cereal, and white chocolate chips.
  7. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
