Restaurant-worthy stuffed chicken breasts filled with a creamy spinach and cheese mixture, perfect for a cozy dinner or special occasion.

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl until combined.
  3. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and spoon in the cheese mixture.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear the stuffed breasts for 3 to 4 minutes per side until golden.
  5. Move the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until cooked through.
  6. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Use toothpicks to secure the seam if needed while cooking. Ensure to rest the chicken after baking for juicier results.
