  • 2 medium sweet potatoes, diced
  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and garlic; sauté until fragrant.
