Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. If using fresh peaches, peel and slice them. In a bowl, mix the peaches with sugar and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, milk, baking powder, and salt until fully combined and smooth.
  4. Melt the butter in a baking dish. Pour the batter over the melted butter without stirring.
  5. Carefully pour the peach mixture over the batter, ensuring not to stir.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes until the cobbler is golden brown and the edges are bubbly.
