  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  4. Add garlic and ginger to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.

  6. Pour in the teriyaki sauce and return the sliced chicken to the skillet.
  7. Stir everything together until well combined and heated through.
