2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup broccoli florets
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooked rice for serving
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Add garlic and ginger to the same skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
Add broccoli and a splash of water, covering the skillet to steam the broccoli for about 3-4 minutes.
Pour in the teriyaki sauce and add the sliced chicken back to the skillet.
Stir everything together until well combined and heated through.
