A quick and family-friendly teriyaki dish featuring ground turkey, vibrant broccoli, and peas, all cooked in under 30 minutes.

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup peas (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add ground turkey and cook until it’s nicely browned.
  3. Stir in the broccoli and peas, cooking for about 5 minutes until the veggies are tender.
  4. Pour in the teriyaki sauce, mixing well, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  5. Serve this flavorful turkey and vegetable mixture over the cooked rice.
  6. Optionally, garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
