A delightful comfort food featuring juicy chicken breasts topped with creamy Jack cheese and an aromatic garlic sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup shredded Jack cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 23 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions and paprika for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Rub olive oil over the chicken breasts, generously seasoning them with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Pour the chicken broth into the skillet, allowing it to simmer while scraping up any flavorful bits from the bottom of the pan.
  6. Stir in the sour cream, mixing until well combined. Let the mixture bubble for about 5 minutes.
  7. Top each chicken breast with shredded Jack cheese and move the skillet to the preheated oven.
  8. Bake for around 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Garnish with chopped green onions and a sprinkle of paprika before serving.
