  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mix together the grated zucchini, sugar, and vegetable oil until well combined.
